Awaken your creative divine! This class will dive deep into the professional aspects of painted furniture, but will be friendly for beginners too! YOU MAY bring a small piece of furniture like a nightstand or small side table. Join us for this experiential workshop learning professional furniture painting techniques by Faux Finishing Artist, Kelly R. Roberson. Kelly is also a Certified Life Coach, and Crisis-Trained Chaplain recently deploying to Texas to minister to those affected by hurricane Harvey. Not only will you have some fun with paint, but you will also be encouraged! Space is limited to 10 students! Kelly has over 20 years of art and painting experience and has been commissioned for commercial projects as well as residential.

You will learn 3 different painted furniture techniques: 
1.) Shabby-chic white finish with glaze and distressing.
2.) Glamorous silver metallic finish with glaze and distressing. 
3.) Fabulous Black w/ bronze glaze

You will leave with 3 samples. YOU MAY bring a small piece of furniture like a nightstand or small side table. Bring a bagged lunch (refrigerator but no microwave, snacks will be provided.
